This class is taught by:
Burn fat, define muscles, build strength, boost your metabolism and hit every muscle in your body!
 Intensity intervals of cardio and total body strength exercises, using body weight or weights. All fitness levels challenged.  Includes functional training and plyometrics. Expect agility, balance, cardio and sprint drills to challenge your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility and coordination
