  • BodyChisel!
  • Partner up and cycle through stations at timed intervals, designed to keep you on your toes! This Circuit Training method uses TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls and other tools to combine strength, balance, and cardio for one kick-butt workout.

  • TRX BodyBlast
  • This TRX Session combines reps and timed intervals. Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the reps and you set the intensity. TRX is All Core All The Time!

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Note: for experienced Clients that have successfully completed the TRX Basics Introductory Course.

  • TRX Circuit Training
  • This TRX Session features high intensity, powerful movements at faster tempos.  We use timed intervals combining TRX and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and to burn mega calories while you are engaged in intense body conditioning.
     
    Duration: 45 Minutes

  • TRX & Kettlebells
  • This class takes the best of both TRX and KettleBells and combines them into a fun cardio, weight training and muscle strengthening 45-minute class!

  • Tabata TBC = Total Body Conditioning!
  • An early version of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest or active recovery, repeated continuously for 4 minutes. Can focus on many muscle groups or specific ones using our array of equipment.

  • TRX Basics Introductory Course
  • New to TRX?  Just getting started?  Start with our Introductory Course and focus on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions.  
     
    Duration: 30 minutes

  • Dynamic Strength!
  • Burn fat, define muscles, build strength, boost your metabolism and hit every muscle in your body!
     Intensity intervals of cardio and total body strength exercises, using body weight or weights. All fitness levels challenged.  Includes functional training and plyometrics. Expect agility, balance, cardio and sprint drills to challenge your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility and coordination

  • CORE and MORE! focuses on building strength around the body's core. This class creates a cutting-edge workout that builds both "length and strength". CORE and MORE!  is a 45-minute open level class that offers a serious core challenge while focusing on form and alignment!
